Bècè-itî Dêtîkè (/ˈbècè/ /ˈitɪ/ [abundant; lush] [fossil]) is a subtropical Town located in the Ko-13nhun Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Bècè-itî Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Bècè-itî Dêtîkè was founded by Zëîd Fyesm, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Bècè-itî Dêtîkè has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 32°C (89°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 13°C (55°F). Bècè-itî Dêtîkè receives an average of 219 cm/y (86 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Overview

Bècè-itî Dêtîkè was founded durring the late 12th century in summer of the year 1080, by Zëîd Fyesm. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Bècè-itî Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Bècè-itî Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Bècè-itî Dêtîkè is buildings are arranged within a network of crampt cobblestone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. The town's bare minimum defences are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

Bècè-itî Dêtîkè is a bustling hive of activity. Everyone moves at nothing short of a jog, each convocation is a mile a minute, and there’s dedicated lanes for riding through town in the center of each street. The locals all appear to be not merely occupied, but in a true hurry for everything from drinking a pint of ale to their daily work.

Cultural Notes

The locals are in a state of despair and dull apathy. They've lost the things that used to give them pride and hope, with the best among them carrying on out of habitual duty and the worst giving ready hands to shameful deeds and ignoble acts. No one really believes the future can be better, and most seek only to satisfy immediate appetites.

Bècè-itî Dêtîkè's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.

Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is skipped in Bècè-itî Dêtîkè.

The Herd Animal, Scythe Horn near Bècè-itî Dêtîkè are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.

Bècè-itî Dêtîkè's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves sacrificing an animal to channel Necromancy energies of tier 3 via chanting.
